10-19-10 Updates

Major client updates :
-fixed up achievement diary , its bigger now
-items kept on death interface re-worked
-Rules interface added for starters

Server side updates :
-added mithril dragons in brimhaven dungeon
-fixed dragon's breathe to hit you less according to prayer/armour/antifire pot
-items kept on death is almost 100%, items arent showing atm -.-, but everything else works fine!
-working on a donators tab, plus more specialty's.
-added more money to starter
-fixed curse headicon toggling
-fixed curse's prayer saving, now i added a check system, so u dont have to go to the altar everytime u log in.
-added pk shop, put in suggestions what other items you would want in there
-added cave to pvp cave at home
-pvp cave is now available
-fixed shops
-added pk point shop
